Welcome to Bungalow Pilates! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in our classes. By accessing our website or attending a class, you agree to these Terms.

General Terms

  • Bungalow Pilates reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

  • By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate.

Booking, Memberships & Class Policies

Class Reservations & Cancellations

  • All class bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved booking platform.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid forfeiting the class or incurring a late cancel/no-show fee.

  • If you arrive late and miss the warm-up, you may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons, and your session will be forfeited.

Memberships & Auto-Renewal

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis with a 3-month minimum commitment unless otherwise stated.

  • To cancel or pause a membership, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Bungalow Pilates reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with advance notice to active members.

Expiration & Refunds

  • Class packs and intro offers expire [#] days from the purchase date.

  • All sales are final—no refunds or transfers unless required by law.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in classes, events, or private training at Bungalow Pilates, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and assume all risks related to injury or discomfort.

  • You confirm that you are in good health or have consulted a physician before starting a new workout regimen.

  • Bungalow Pilates, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditionsresulting from participation.

  • You waive any legal claims against Bungalow Pilates and release us from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Studio Etiquette & Code of Conduct

To maintain a welcoming environment for all:

  • Arrive on time and be respectful of others' space and experience.

  • Grip socks are required for class participation.

  • Phones must be on silent and stored away during class.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Personal Belongings

Bungalow Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please store belongings in designated areas.

Payment & Billing

  • By purchasing a class, membership, or service, you authorize Bungalow Pilates to charge the provided payment method.

  • All transactions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If a payment fails, access to classes may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Privacy & Data Protection

Intellectual Property

All content on the Bungalow Pilates website—including text, images, branding, and class programming—is the exclusive property of Bungalow Pilates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
